South Shore Health's Asthma and Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease (COPD) Clinic educates clients and their families about Asthma and Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease (COPD) and supports them to understand their condition and feel more confident in managing their symptoms.
The main clinic is located at Fishermen's Memorial Hospital (3rd floor, next to Ambulatory Care)

How can I make an appointment?
Ask your family doctor, nurse practitioner or family practice nurse to refer you to the Asthma/ COPD clinic.
Hours of Operation:
Fishermen's Memorial Hospital
Mondays 8 am- 4 pm; Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 8 am to 8 pm
Queens General Hospital
Wednesdays 8 am-8 pm
South Shore Regional Hospital 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month 8 am to 4 pm
