Are you a mom with milk supply issues, sore nipples or have a baby with latching problems or poor weight gain? Are you a health care provider who has questions regarding support for a patient who is breastfeeding and requires diagnostic tests, surgery or medications?
There is now a referral process in Lunenburg and Queens Counties for health care providers, mothers and community in regards to breastfeeding challenges. Anyone can refer to the network and mothers/family members can also contact the Network themselves.
Contact will be responded to within a 24 hour period.

While breastfeeding is the healthiest option for babies, it can be challenging at first. There are a number of resources available to support women who want to breastfeed their babies.
